SOLVE is a US-based financial technology firm with offices in seven countries and a leading provider of real-time observable market data and aggregation solutions across multiple Fixed Income asset classes including all Structured Products (ABS, MBS, CLOs, etc.), Syndicated Bank Loans, Corporate Bonds (IG, HY, EM, etc.), CDS, Converts and Municipals.
We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Consultant to bridge the gap between technical solutions and the business challenges of potential clients. The Solution Consultant’s duties include leveraging comprehensive product and market expertise to support sales activities, showcasing product functionalities, addressing objections, aiding in trials, and contributing to the successful closing of deals. This position also entails giving feedback to product management and the sales strategy team, ensuring these teams remain aligned with the needs of market participants.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of SOLVE’s products and services to propose tailored solutions that address client needs
- Work closely with the sales and account management team along with prospect/clients to understand their challenges and provide solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities and trial support
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of our solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help prospects and clients maximize the value of our solutions
- Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions ensuring effective integration into the client’s environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business Management
- Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Deep understanding of global and rapidly-evolving fixed-income markets specifically Municipals
Qualifications:
- Experience in a solution consulting or similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on fixed income products
- Strong understanding of fixed income securities and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Knowledge of FinTech / Market Data Landscape
- 5+ years in Fixed Income Markets and/or 5+ years Solution Consulting
- Experience in the Corporates, Municipal Market, BDC/Private Credit
