Project Manager | Remote – Dominican Republic | India

SOLVE is a US-based financial technology firm with seven offices globally. We are a leading provider of real-time observable market data and aggregation across multiple Fixed Income asset classes including all Structured Products (ABS, MBS, CLOs, etc.), Syndicated Bank Loans, Corporates, and Municipals). SolveQuotes by SOLVE was developed to improve price transparency and efficiency in illiquid markets through “smart” parsing and data aggregation of unstructured messages.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help connect all the dots within our product team, strategy, and technologies. The successful candidate will also help rectify discrepancies and pull together all areas of projects. Our team is nimble, and we value team-players who can wear many hats. The ideal PMP should be an extrovert and leader who can delegate responsibilities while completing multiple, simultaneous tasks.

The team collaborates to deliver products, work effectively with stakeholders to define their business requirements, shape the output of projects, and drive successful business outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 
  • Meet with all parties involved and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Meet with all parties involved clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Track project performance, to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with team members
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and project roadmaps to document needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working experience in project management within the FinTech
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, Product Board, Excel Power Query
  • Working knowledge of project management metrics tools like Amazon’s QuickSight, Power BI
