Gerard Nealon is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SOLVE. He draws on more than 20 years of experience in systems architecture and development, securitized product modeling, and analytical tool-building for esoteric securities.

Prior to co-founding SOLVE, Gerard held executive positions at Houlihan Lokey (Red Pine Advisors), Sandell Asset Management, and ACA Capital.

Gerard earned his Master’s in Cryptography and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Eugene Grinberg is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SOLVE. He spent more than 20 years developing enterprise financial technology solutions, with specific expertise at structuring, modeling, and assessing relative value opportunities of complex and illiquid fixed income securities.

Prior to co-founding SOLVE, Eugene held executive positions at Houlihan Lokey (Red Pine Advisors), Duff & Phelps, and ACA Capital.

Eugene earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union and is a CFA Charterholder.

Joe brings to SOLVE 20 years of experience as a finance, corporate development, strategy, and operations executive at enterprise technology companies, including experience purchasing and selling more than $4 billion-worth in enterprise software companies.

Prior to joining SOLVE, Joe was a trusted consultant and fractional CFO to several private equity-backed firms. Before that, he was a senior executive at Aventri, Broadridge, BridgeLoanNetwork, Triple Point Technology, ION Trading and Misys plc (Finastra).

Joe was previously a software engineer and operations executive. He earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Cooper Union.

Deveaux Barron, our esteemed Chief Strategy Officer, brings over two decades of unparalleled expertise in organizational strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution, specializing in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence across the financial services, insurance, and enterprise technology sectors.

Her illustrious career encompasses senior leadership roles at several prominent organizations, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive innovation and growth. In addition to her executive experience, Deveaux is a sought-after board advisor for numerous tech startups and serves on the boards of multiple nonprofits. Her strategic acumen has been instrumental in managing business development and revenue generation strategies for a diverse portfolio of companies, ensuring their sustained success and market leadership.

Deveaux holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.

Wah holds a MBA from New York University in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Industry Engineering from Cornell University.

Timothy Stevens joined SOLVE as part of the Lumesis acquisition. Prior to co-founding Lumesis, Tim spent over fourteen years with Ambac Financial Group where, most recently, he was a Senior Managing Director and led all Capital Markets activity including management of the company’s investment portfolios, the Guaranteed Investment Contract business, the Global Interest Rate Derivatives business and the Global Secondary Markets Group.

Tim holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. He currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and was a licensed Certified Public Accountant during the years that he practiced accounting. He was also registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24).

Vlad has experience spearheading global marketing and high-growth international business, contributing to $100 million in annual sales. He held an impactful role rebuilding market models, transforming data into revenue-driving opportunities, overhauling lead and demand generation, and managing sales development (BDRs). Additionally, he championed Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and orchestrated strategic events while transforming valuation approaches and go-to-market strategies.

Most Recently Vlad was Chief Marketing Officer at Hazeltree Fund Services; the NY-based SaaS treasury management, cash and liquidity optimization, and portfolio finance (securities finance and collateral management) fintech highly focused on alternative asset managers, fund administrators, and the banks that serve them. Before that, Vlad spent nearly a decade at Broadridge in several marketing leadership roles, including Global Head of Marketing for Capital Markets (i.e., sell-side institutional).

Vlad holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU, with a double major in Marketing and Managing Organizational Behavior. His undergraduate degree is from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned a BA in Electronic Filmmaking and Digital Design. Vlad also has a certificate in management from Columbia University. He’s an active member of the Financial Communications Society and recently served as a judge for their FCS Portfolio Awards, which are often referred to as the Oscars of financial services marketing.

Gregg Bienstock joined SOLVE as part of the Lumesis acquisition. Gregg is former CEO and a Co-Founder of Lumesis. He is a frequent speaker on municipal market’s use of technology to solve business and compliance needs. Prior to Lumesis, Gregg spent more than thirteen years with Ambac Financial Group where, most recently, he was responsible for Strategic Initiatives and previously served as Chief Administrative Officer and Employment Counsel.

Gregg is a 1991 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He received his B.S. in Business and Economics from the University of Maryland. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Children’s Village.

Christopher Fogarty is an accomplished financial services sales executive with over 25 years of experience in the U.S. institutional credit markets. Christopher began his career in sales and sales management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as Managing Director for over a decade. He then joined UBS, leading five sales teams across investment grade, high yield, leveraged loans, emerging markets, and municipals. His tenure was marked by building deep and productive relationships with complex institutional investors, including asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, hedge funds, and endowments.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from New York University. Christopher is recognized for his ability to drive strategic growth through client engagement and his expertise in credit markets.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Account Management at SOLVE, Christopher plays a pivotal role in managing key client relationships and advancing strategic initiatives. His work ensures that SOLVE delivers exceptional value to institutional clients while fostering long-term partnerships that support the company’s growth and market leadership.

Lakshmi serves as the Senior Vice President of Data Engineering at SOLVE, bringing over 19 years of experience in leading global teams to deliver innovative data solutions. She oversees the architecture, development, and integration of scalable applications across diverse industries—including Finance, Banking, Telecom, and Healthcare—ensuring seamless alignment between technology and business objectives.

Before joining SOLVE, Lakshmi held pivotal roles at Meredith Corporation Inc. (formerly Time Inc.) and Credit Suisse, where she demonstrated her expertise in navigating complex environments and delivering impactful results. A proponent of a positive workplace culture, she fosters collaboration and drives continuous improvement.

Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Telangana, India.

Shannon has been working for SOLVE since 2019 but has assisted in recruiting efforts at SOLVE for many years prior to joining the team permanently. She recruited one of SOLVE’s first software developer in 2014.

Shannon has a diverse Human Resources background. She has extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding and employee relations across multiple industries. She holds a BA in Public Relations and Communications from Rowan University.

Mark McKenna is a accomplished data and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mark began his journey in financial operations at Advantage Data, where he held roles from Operations Associate to Assistant Head of Operations, eventually becoming Head of Operations. His tenure was marked by the successful implementation of new procedures and systems that enhanced data accuracy and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. He joined SOLVE through the acquisition of Advantage Data, continuing to bring his expertise and leadership to the combined organization.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is known for his analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Data at SOLVE, Mark plays a pivotal role in driving data strategy, integrity, and innovation across the organization. Mark leads the company’s data strategy, infrastructure, and analytics initiatives. His work enables data-driven decision-making across the organization, supporting both operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Jim Perrello draws on more than 25 years in credit trading and credit workflow software development.

A serial entrepreneur, Jim founded LiquidityLink, CodeStreet, and Konnect2, each of which focused on solutions in the credit trading industry. Notably, Jim was awarded a patent (US20080208732) for design of corporate bond trading software (currently held by Tradeweb).

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Jim traded Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs. Jim earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Before joining SOLVE, Kristiaan gained extensive experience at small to midsized broker-dealers with a national footprint. At Blaylock Van, he served as the Senior Vice President of Public Finance, where he managed municipal origination strategy and enhanced client outreach and coverage. At San Blas Securities, Kristiaan held multiple roles including Chief Operating Officer, banker, and underwriter. He directed municipal strategy and oversaw the firm’s outreach and transactions from lead generation to underwriting and final sale. Additionally, he managed the San Blas trading desk and co-led competitive underwriting at IFS, the predecessor to San Blas.

Kristiaan is a proud graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, holding bachelor’s degrees in finance and industrial engineering. He also holds Series 7, 24, 52, 53, and 66 licenses.

Sagar Wagh is the Global Head of Architecture and Innovation at SOLVE, where he transforms visionary ideas into cutting-edge solutions. By seamlessly blending data and technology, he delivers scalable architectures and creates impactful products for clients.

With over 14 years of expertise, Sagar is recognized as a pioneer in cloud-based architectures, celebrated for designing secure, high-performance, and scalable systems that help businesses navigate and thrive in an increasingly complex world.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sagar’s deep passion for technology fuels his commitment to driving transformative innovations that shape the future of industries worldwide.

Craig Wagner is Senior Vice President of Sales at SOLVE. He draws on more than 20 years of experience in Fixed Income, Structured Credit, Corporates, CDS and Municipals.

Craig previously led business and product development at a fintech startup, responsible for partnering with tier 1 clients to design and implement front-office workflow solutions for the mortgage-backed security market. Prior to that, Craig held various sales roles covering both the Structured Products and Credit markets. Before that Craig provided operational leadership for a growing team, supporting Credit Derivative trading.

Craig earned an M.B.A. from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Scranton Kania School of Management.
