  Sourav guides SOLVE’s growth initiatives, and integration partnerships, and leads direction for the firm’s private credit offerings. He joined through the AdvantageData acquisition, where he built award-winning credit products across leveraged loans, BDCs, middle-market loans, and private bonds, and previously worked at Wellington Management. He holds a BS in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

  Michael works directly with BDC and asset-manager clients as a Solutions Consultant, helping teams get the most out of SOLVE’s fixed income and private credit data. He joined SOLVE through the AdvantageData acquisition and brings deep experience across fixed income and credit markets. He holds a graduate degree from Bentley University.

  Michael works with fixed income and private credit teams across the market, connecting desks with the SOLVE data and analytics that fit how they price and value their books. He joined SOLVE in 2026 and focuses on new business across the loan, private credit, and structured credit markets. He holds a BS in Sports Management and an MBA in Business Analytics from St. John's University.

  Account Manager

  Brandon works with SOLVE clients across fixed income and private credit, helping teams get more out of the quote data, relative value analytics, and Workstation views they use every day. He has been with SOLVE since 2022, starting in operations before moving into client engagement and then account management, and previously worked in alternative investments accounting at U.S. Bank. He holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from Quinnipiac University.

  Eugene Grinberg

  CEO, SOLVE

  Eugene Grinberg is Co-Founder and CEO of SOLVE. He spent over 20 years building enterprise fintech, with deep expertise in structuring, modeling, and assessing relative value in complex, illiquid fixed income securities. Before SOLVE, he held executive roles at Houlihan Lokey (Red Pine Advisors), Duff & Phelps, and ACA Capital. He holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cooper Union and is a CFA Charterholder.

  Chief Revenue Officer

  Doug Meads is Chief Revenue Officer for SOLVE, with over 15 years in enterprise sales and go-to-market leadership across fintech, capital markets, and financial data. He was previously Global Head of Tech & BFSI Verticals at Envestnet Data & Analytics (Yodlee), and has held senior sales leadership roles at SilverCloud, Rockall Technologies (a Broadridge company), Dassault Systèmes, Linedata, and Advent Software. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University and an M.S. in Industrial Psychology from Pepperdine University.

  Michael Pascuma

  Managing Director, Head of Sales

  Michael Pascuma is Managing Director, Head of Sales for SOLVE, with over 20 years in Fixed Income, Credit Derivative Indices, Swaptions, CDS, Corporates, and Equities. He was previously Head of Index Trading, Americas at Nomura Securities, where he was a lead architect of Nomura's Credit Franchise from the ground up, and earlier held senior credit-markets roles at Lehman Brothers and Barclays. He holds a B.A. in Finance and Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and serves on its Department of Economics and Finance Advisory Council.

  Simon Crabb

  Sales Director, EMEA

  Simon Crabb is Sales Director, EMEA for SOLVE, with over 15 years in fintech, market data, and AI-driven sales across the financial markets, spanning buy side, sell side, trading platforms, data vendors, and software houses, with particular depth in fixed income. Before SOLVE, he held senior sales roles at SIX Financial Information, Interactive Data, and Lewtan Technologies, selling pricing and reference data into buy- and sell-side institutions across the UK and Nordic regions. He holds a BA (Hons) in Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.

He previously led business and product development at a fintech startup building front-office workflow solutions for the mortgage-backed securities market, and before that held sales roles covering structured products and credit.
