Vlad has experience spearheading global marketing and high-growth international business, contributing to $100 million in annual sales. He held an impactful role rebuilding market models, transforming data into revenue-driving opportunities, overhauling lead and demand generation, and managing sales development (BDRs). Additionally, he championed Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and orchestrated strategic events while transforming valuation approaches and go-to-market strategies.
Most Recently Vlad was Chief Marketing Officer at Hazeltree Fund Services; the NY-based SaaS treasury management, cash and liquidity optimization, and portfolio finance (securities finance and collateral management) fintech highly focused on alternative asset managers, fund administrators, and the banks that serve them. Before that, Vlad spent nearly a decade at Broadridge in several marketing leadership roles, including Global Head of Marketing for Capital Markets (i.e., sell-side institutional).
Vlad holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU, with a double major in Marketing and Managing Organizational Behavior. His undergraduate degree is from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned a BA in Electronic Filmmaking and Digital Design. Vlad also has a certificate in management from Columbia University. He’s an active member of the Financial Communications Society and recently served as a judge for their FCS Portfolio Awards, which are often referred to as the Oscars of financial services marketing.
