We are looking for an experienced Business Development Rep who would be responsible for generating leads and new business opportunities. SOLVE has an ever-growing list of game-changing products and services. The addressable market is massive, and this rep will be responsible for targeting prospects across financial institutions in multiple asset classes, in a strategic manner.

You will work with Marketing to develop strategies and campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Account Management initiatives. With a potential career path to those and other positions.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive sales growth
- Leverage cold calling as a core outreach channel, targeting a minimum of 20 outbound calls per day, alongside email and social selling efforts
- Help develop email campaigns and craft cold emails to test a new market
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Uncover challenges and identify corresponding value propositions
- Provide an initial overview of the company’s products or services to potential clients
- Managing contacts and accounts in CRM platform
- Developing familiarity, then expertise, with SOLVE product offerings
- Developing target lists, strategies, and campaigns with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
Requirements:
- Motivated, self-starter who brings their A-game every single day
- Confident, Charismatic, and Cool under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft (or other Sales Orchestration platform), Hubspot
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Experience in the fixed income market is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 6 months outbound calling experience
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of FinTech / Market Data Landscape
- 2+ years in Fixed Income / Private Credit / Private Equity Markets and/or 5+ years Sales Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications
