OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS APPLY. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Solve Advisors Inc. SOLVE Free Year Giveaway – LSTA 2026 Operations & Technology Conference (“Sweepstakes“) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entrants must be registered attendees of the LSTA 2026 Operations & Technology Conference.  The following individuals are NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES:   (a) Employees, officers, and directors (and their immediate family members or those living in the same household) of Solve Advisors Inc. (“Sponsor“) or its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, and advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities“); and (b)  existing users of SOLVE’s products and services even if such individual is a registered attendee of the conference. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Entrants must follow and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, available at https://solvefixedincome.com/win-a-free-year-of-solve-on-your-desk-lsta-operations, and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins and is open to LSTA 2026 Operations & Technology Conference attendees starting at 12:01 AM ET on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 29, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period“). Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes of Sponsor. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible attendees may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:

(1) scan the QR code displayed at the SOLVE Advisors booth at the LSTA 2026 Operations & Technology Conference, which will direct you to the official entry landing page at https://solvefixedincome.com/win-a-free-year-of-solve-on-your-desk-lsta-operations, where you will complete and submit the entry form providing your name, firm, title, asset class focus, phone number, and email address, along with your consent to the terms of entry;  or (2) drop a business card in the clearly marked entry box at the SOLVE Advisors booth during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each eligible person may enter the Sweepstakes only once. Multiple entries from the same individual will not better your chances for the sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries.

4. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

There will be one (1) prize awarded. The prize consists of a one (1) year individual software license for access to a SOLVE Fixed Income solution, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on the winner’s trading focus, asset class, and workflow needs. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV“) of the prize is equivalent to 12 full months of a SOLVE license for that particular solution and the user access to the solution.

The prize includes white-glove onboarding and activation from the SOLVE team. The prize does not include any cash equivalent, and no cash substitution will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for reporting the prize value as income and paying all applicable taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Following the close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will review all entries received to confirm eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules. From among all eligible entries, one (1) potential prize winner will be selected by random drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be announced on June 3, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the announcement, the potential prize winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason.

If a potential winner declines the prize, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or is determined to be ineligible, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected by the same random drawing process described in Section 5 from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will repeat this process until a confirmed eligible winner accepts the prize, or until all eligible entries have been exhausted until a confirmed eligible winner accepts the prize.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within ten (10) business days of issuance. Failure to return required documents within this period will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, and winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.

By accepting the prize, winner hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the winner‘s name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes related to this Sweepstakes, without additional compensation.

THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPONSOR HAS NO LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER IF ANY PORTION OF THE PRIZE IS UNAVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON.

8. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, tampering with the entry process, or engaging in any conduct that undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE QR CODE, WEBSITE, OR ENTRY PROCESS MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; or any entries which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, technical difficulties, or suspected fraud or misconduct. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (i) select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to termination by random drawing conducted in accordance with these Official Rules, or (ii) cancel the Sweepstakes entirely without awarding any prize.

These Official Rules may only be modified or amended by written notice signed by an authorized officer of Sponsor and posted at https://solvefixedincome.com/win-a-free-year-of-solve-on-your-desk-lsta-operations or provided to entrants via the contact information used for entry. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims made by winners, entrants or any third parties related in any way to the prize or the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

11. DISPUTES

Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in federal or state courts located in the State of Connecticut; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event shall include attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Connecticut.

12. WINNER LIST

13. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and may be used for marketing purposes subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at solvefixedincome.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, entrants expressly consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information by Sponsor for the administration of this Sweepstakes and for future marketing communications, as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.
