Sourav Srimal

Sourav Srimal is Chief Growth Officer at SOLVE. In this role, he works closely with the executive team to guide SOLVE’s strategic product roadmap, shape organic and inorganic growth initiatives, and expand the firm’s ecosystem of integration partners. Srimal will also continue to provide high-level direction for SOLVE’s private credit offerings, ensuring continuity as the platform evolves to meet growing demand across asset managers, investment banks, service providers, and institutional investors. He joined SOLVE as a part of the AdvantageData acquisition. Sourav has deep credit market expertise having built award winning products at AdvantageData including Leveraged Loans, Business Development Companies Product, Middle Market Loans and Private Bonds. Sourav has also worked at Wellington Management. He has a Bachelors in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology and MBA from University of Massachusetts, Boston.
