SOLVE is a US-based financial technology firm with offices in seven countries and a leading provider of real-time observable market data and aggregation solutions across multiple Fixed Income asset classes, including all Structured Products (ABS, MBS, CLOs, etc.), Syndicated Bank Loans, Corporate Bonds (IG, HY, EM, etc.), CDS, Converts, and Municipals.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development/Sales Professional (“BDR”) responsible for generating leads and new business opportunities. SOLVE has an ever-growing list of game-changing products and services and is at the frontier of the evolution of the credit markets. The addressable market is massive, and this rep will be responsible for targeting prospects across companies, asset classes, and personas in a strategic manner. The BDR is responsible for keeping the pipeline filled and should never expect a slow day. They will work with Marketing to develop strategies and campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Account Management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive sales growth
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social selling, and networking. Help develop email campaigns and craft cold emails to test a new market
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Uncover challenges and identify corresponding value propositions
- Provide an initial overview of the company’s products or services to potential clients
- Managing contacts and accounts in CRM platform
- Developing familiarity, then expertise, with SOLVE product offerings
- Developing target lists, strategies, and campaigns with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
Requirements:

- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft (or other Sales Orchestration platform), Hubspot

- Experience in the fixed income market is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of FinTech / Market Data Landscape
- 2+ years in Fixed Income / Private Credit / Private Equity Markets and/or 5+ years Sales Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications
