Jr. Sales Operations Specialist | DR

SOLVE is a US-based financial technology firm with offices in seven countries and a leading provider of real-time observable market data and aggregation solutions across multiple Fixed Income asset classes including all Structured Products (ABS, MBS, CLOs, etc.), Syndicated Bank Loans, Corporate Bonds (IG, HY, EM, etc.), CDS, Converts and Municipals.

We are looking for a Jr. Sales Operations Specialist, responsible for supporting sales operations across all SOLVE’s products. The Jr. Sales Operations Specialist will work with the Sales Operations Manager to support revenue generation across the sales team, maintain the Salesforce database and ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and associated third-party tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Manage and complete data projects
  • Work with Marketing to ensure Salesforce and Hubspot data is in sync
  • Support third-party tools integrated into Salesforce
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Experience with other sales tools and software (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
  • Certification in Salesforce is a plus
