We are looking for a Jr. Renewal Operations Specialist, responsible for supporting renewal operations across all SOLVE’s products. The Jr. Renewal Operations Specialist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and work across the go-to-market team to ensure successful renewals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on contract terms and historical renewal data to support the Renewal Manager in upcoming renewal discussions
- Coordinate with the Client Success team to collect data on customer usage and engagement levels, which are crucial for renewal discussions
- Maintain regular communication with Client Success to ensure up-to-date information on client engagement is available
- Regularly update renewal opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and current, under the guidance of the Renewal Manager
- Document key points and next steps discussed in weekly renewal meetings and update them in Salesforce
- Assist in closing out “won” renewal opportunities, reflecting finalized contracts and renewals in the system
- Upload contracts into Linksquare, ensuring they are stored in an organized manner and linked to the correct client records
- Generate reports in Salesforce as needed to support the Renewal Manager in making informed decisions
- Ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate across the multiple platforms
- Support the Renewal Manager with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Support the Renewal Manager with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Linksquare (or similar CRM and contract management software)
Preferred:
- 3+ years of previous experience in an administrative, support, or analyst role in sales, customer success, or contract management is preferred
